We collect your name, email and phone number to reply to registrations and enquiries. The KINGSTYLE team only can access registration details; phone numbers are restricted to the owner and authorized administrators, not hosts or presenters. We never sell your data. To request deletion, email customerenquiry@kingstyletv.com.

Community email signups store your name, email, source section, consent time and signup time. Health Talk questions store your optional name, email and question privately for the owner to review and reply. Neither signup details nor health questions are public, available to hosts or sent to advertising platforms. Only explicit consent allows community email updates. To withdraw consent or request deletion, email customerenquiry@kingstyletv.com. Please do not submit medical records or urgent health concerns; contact a qualified health professional for care.

Talent submissions include your stage name, real name, email, phone number, country, act details, sample and agreements. These details are used to review acts and arrange performances.

Uploaded samples are stored privately. Only the owner, the Talent Night host and reviewers approved by the owner can access them. Sample links remain on the external service you choose, under that service’s privacy settings.

Booked stage names and categories may appear on the live page. Contact details and uploaded samples are not published. Permission to show a short clip is optional.

Analytics and advertising tracking only run after you accept cookies. You can change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer.

Fan Rewards stores your name, nickname, phone number, date of birth, city and points history so we can run the leaderboard and pay prizes. The public leaderboard shows only your nickname; winners appear publicly (first name, initial and city) only if you opt in. Your phone number is visible only to the owner for prize payment — never to hosts — and is never sent to Meta, TikTok or Google. You can delete your rewards data at any time from your account page.
